Nerium: A Ripple Story from Kris

Because Nerium is devoted to “Making People Better,” we launched The Nerium Ripple program, which challenges Brand Partners to individually take responsibility and collectively change the world. Here’s a Ripple Story from Kris, a real Nerium Brand Partner who strives to create a better world by paying it forward:

With the launch of the Nerium Ripple program, my team and I decided we needed to create our own ripple. The week before Thanksgiving in 2012, we hosted an RRP and asked that everyone bring canned goods as donations to the local food bank.

The party was a huge success!

The party was a huge success! We are happy to say that we donated two trunk loads of food to our Salvation Army Food Bank. Not only did we continue this pattern of giving to our local Wednesday night business overview meeting in Long Beach, California but our very own Renee Olson commented on Facebook about our ripple:

“Wow! That just brought tears to my eyes! We are so proud to have Brand Partners who have such big hearts and want to make such a difference! You guys are awesome! Congratulations for stepping up, and making it happen on your own. What a great example to others.”

Later, she had even more to say:

I Want to Challenge All the Other Cities to Do This!

“I want to challenge all the other cities to do this! Let’s ripple across America, and give a Thanksgiving dinner to those who would not have one without our help! Let’s go Nerium family! We can keep it up all through December!”

In our efforts to continue this Nerium ripple, we scheduled a follow-up party for Dec. 9. At this RRP we requested that everyone bring warm clothing to donate to the homeless during this cold season! Thanks, Nerium, for the inspiration to give back!
