|natural peanut butter, mixed well||1 cup|
|Maple Syrup||1/4 cup|
|dried blueberries (substitute with semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired)||1/4 cup|
Try this recipe for an easy, tasty bar full of the goodness of blueberry and protein!
- Combine peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Mix in protein powder and blueberries. Add coconut oil if batter is too dry, and press dough into an 8×8” pan.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set, then remove and cut into bars.
- Store in fridge up to one week.
