Cardio yoga workout with Adriana Lee
The NeoraFit Reset Program continues with this live Yoga HIIT class led by Adriana Lee. HIIT = high intensity interval training. We’ll combine today’s yoga practice with high intensity moves like burpees and jump squats. We’ll be bringing your heart rate up with high intensity moves, then take it back down for short rests in between. Have some water nearby & take as many breaks as you need. No props are required but a non-slip yoga mat is recommended.
