Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Chunks

Ingredients

cottage cheese max 1 cup
pineapple to your liking

If you do dairy, don’t knock this tried and true classic before you (re)try it. Cottage cheese as it is chock full of protein and calcium, and pineapple has bromelain, a great for your gut enzyme. Just remember to measure out cottage cheese and keep your serving to under 1 cup as it is dense in calories.
