Stay on track (but still enjoy!) your BBQ season with this protein-packed twist on Apple Pie a try. It serves up all of the taste, none of the guilt (we thought you’d like that).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine eggs, melted butter, peanut butter, and protein powder until smooth
- Add apple pie filling, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt just until combined
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
- Bake at 350F for about 35-40 minutes
- Cool well before slicing
