Bento Box 1

hard-boiled egg 1
almonds 23
mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
cucumber slices

You can have a high protein breakfast in a box when you use the small plastic containers with partitions. Buy 5 containers and make your breakfasts for the week. On Sunday, boil eggs for the week, and put 1 in each box. In the other sections, you can put in 10-20 nuts of your choice (almonds, cashews, or walnuts), veggies in another sections (cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, radishes, carrot sticks), and fruit in the last (mixed berries like blueberries and raspberries are a great, low sugar high fiber option). This quick assembly allows for minimal prep and quick cleanup.

Boost it: to boost your protein, take along a Greek yogurt or Skyr yogurt
