Peanut butter is a great ready to eat, high protein, low cholesterol breakfast option. Just slice up some green apples and measure 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite peanut butter in a small to go container and you’re golden for a quick breakfast in the car or while you fire up your computer.

  1. Was and slice up apple
  2. Measure out your peanut butter and place into a small dipping container

Boost it: add crushed 2 T walnuts or 6Tsliced almonds
