Very Vanilla Mug Cake


NeoraFit Plant-Based Protein Powder 2 scoops
baking powder 1/2 tsp
coconut flour 1 tbsp
organic cane sugar 1 tbsp
egg 1
almond milk 1/4 cup
vanilla 1/4 tsp
chocolate chips 1 tbsp

Craving dessert but not the carbs? Try this single portion mug cake and satisfy your sweet tooth while getting some healthy protein to curb your carb cravings!


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients very well.
  2. Then, mix in the wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spray an oversized mug with non-stick spray oil and add in the batter.
  4. Add in the wet ingredients and mix into the mug.
  5. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute or bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 12 minutes.
